PressForm Industries,established in 1993 by Mr.P.Sundharam at tiny sector with lessthan 10 employees.It is a continuous growing concern,presently with morethan 100 employees and 2 manufacturing sites.

We manufacture sheet metal stamped products with high precision and supply to Electrical and Automotive Industries in India.We also do export to many countries.

RECRUITMENT POLICY

The Company has a principle of open competition in its approach to recruitment.

The Company will seek to recruit the best candidate for the job based on merit. The recruitment and selection process should ensure the identification of the person best suited to the job and the Company.

For contract Labour also,we convey the job description and ask to select suitable person based on merit only. Neither PressForm or contractor allowed to take any money to any of kind to recruit people.Top management will randomly check and if any such found in company employee, concerned employee interviewer will be penalysed and money will be returned to recruited employee within one or 2 months.If found in contract employee,contractor will be fined and money will be returned to corresponding contract employee within one month.
